Cancellation
You may cancel your order before we dispatch it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return shipping details:
Our responsibility (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product): Please contact us via email first, and we’ll arrange return based on your location and cover the shipping costs.
Your responsibility (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item/size): You pay for return shipping (non-refundable).
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@spigotfactory.com.au within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll respond to your email with further instructions.
Additional non-returnable items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
Items are damaged/missing parts due to reasons not our error (e.g., misuse, accidental damage).
Returns are made after 30 days of delivery.
Returns without a receipt (we’ll try to verify via order records if possible; if verification fails, we can’t process the return)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
